           The day before a shoot, be sure to get a good night’s sleep so that you are energized and healthy. Drink lots of water the day before and the day of. This will ensure that your skin and eyes are vibrant.

 

          It may also help to practice smiling in front of a mirror, so that you can see what works for you. That way, when you're being photographed and you wish you could see what you look like, you will be better able to imagine.

 

          Lastly, relax and get ready to have fun!
